DonorPlus was designed with a busy fundraising office in
mind. Donor management from this great donor software for automated donor tracking

work center screen you can navigate to all main areas of the program to; create or modify
a donor record; define groups; set up a fundraising event; record a pledge or a

 | Donor Management
- DonorPlus donation tracking software starts with the
donor management record and is split into two pages. The first page is basic profile
information about the donor including a primary and secondary address, and as many as six
phone numbers for each address. The second page is for additional attributes you
may want track for your special donors. Also, you can set up identifiers for
each donor such as golfer, skier, walker etc. Then when you do a mailing, you can
use these identifiers to select groups of target donors for your merge file. Sample
donation letters are included to help you with your fund raising efforts.

| Event Management
- You can set up one of three event types: Thon,
Admission or Mailing. The Thon type can be set up for a walk-a-thon, swim-a-thon or
any thon you wish, and will track pledges from each participant and their respective
sponsors. The Admission type is designed for banquets, concerts or any event which
would require admission. The Mailing type is used for any mailing project not
directly related to an event such as donation letters. (Each event record has it own
mailing setup page to define a mail merge query.) Mail merge with your target donor
lists using the sample donation letters provided.

| Pledge Management
- Record a pledge for a thon or any event or appeal.
Then print reports to track pledge balances to help manage cash flow. Also, you can
set up DonorPlus to print pledge reminders at a specified number of days beyond their
commitment date. You create the text to print in the body of the pledge reminder.

| Gift Management - Receiving and processing gifts is the heart of this great donor
tracking software. From within the gift processing screen, all open pledges for the
selected donor are displayed and can be selected for payment. Gifts can be split
between multiple events or appeals. Enter gifts you receive in response to the
donation letters mailed to target donors created in the DonorPlus mailing event module.

QuickBooks interface to transfer information to accounting! No need for double
entry! Works with current Quickbooks versions. Your accounting staff will love
