Donor Management:  From the work center, click the Donors button on the left.  Then click the one of the column headers for desired sorting.  Click again and reverse sort the selected column.  To search for a specific donor, click the desired column header, then start typing what you are looking for in the Find field below.  DonorPlus starts locating the closest match as you type.

Each donor may have a primary and alternate address.  Mailings will automatically go to the proper address depending on the time frame of the alternate address.   DonorPlus offers three custom text fields and four custom date fields to help you drill down to a selected group of donors for target mailings.  (In the example below, No. of Kids is actually a custom field.)

Clear text identifiers help you categorize donors for better management.  Use these identifiers to group donors for target mailings.

Follow ups are a necessary part of donor management.  Keep this up to date and you will be very professional when contacting any donor.
