Event Management:  From the work center, click the Events button on the left.  Event  records are initially listed by event number with the most recent event on top.  You can also sort the list by Date, Event Name, Event Type or Appeal.  Click on the header button above the desired column and it will become the new sort index.  

Watch your hard work pay off as the Accounting summary is updated automatically with each pledge or gift received.  Click Mailing List button to setup your mail merge query.  Then export the file to Microsoft Word and print your letters.

Click on Participants to view a list of donors planning to attend.  Once there, you will also find out payment status for each pledge.
