Gift Management:  From the work center, click the Gifts button on the left.  Gift records are initially listed by receipt number with the most recent gift on top.  You can also sort the list by Date, Donor Name, Amount or Appeal.  Click on the header button above the desired column and it will become the new sort index.

Each gift can be split into multiple events or appeals.  Place the cursor in the Donor Name field and a window opens displaying donor name and address for easy identification of desired donor.  Start typing the desired donor name and as you type the closest match will be highlighted on the list.   If you have more than one donor with the same name, you can scroll up or down on the list to select the correct donor.
